PNP into normal wine glass ("Fruit" day): Ruby core with bricking rim. Fine deposits. Nose bursting with ripe red cherries with aged and oxidative notes. That said, the nose is still fresh and alive and may be a better wine glass will reveal more of its secrets.
On the palate, the first thing one will notice is how tannic this is especially for a Pinot Noir. It is well balanced with its acidity although it is a bit too forward to my liking.
One of a kind. Continued to observe over the next few days and not much of a change in aromatics and flavour profile.
