Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 85 points

  • Quite thin and light red color. Herbs, pepper and some liquorice on the nose. Very acidic and tart in the mouth, but it is also velvety, probably due to the 125 year old vines. Initially it tasted far too tart and astringent. The day after I managed to get a more positive impression.
