Pnp. Not overly complex but great expression of terroir; not at all over extracted. Pure florality on the nose followed by blueberries and cranberries on the palate. A little bit of heat upon open (despite its low ABV) which blew off into well balanced, drinkable, pizza worthy juice!

A singular expression of Bordeaux varietals. Juicy, bright and filled with rocky fruit - rocky meaning a pure and constant minerality throughout. Jeez, I sound pompous. Anyway, drink it with a pizza or a bomb-ass steak.

Very fresh and typical italian acidity in this even though it is a Cab/Merlot from hot Vittoria in Sicily. 12.5 % alcohol by volume to boot. I found a lot of brett in this, but not more than what I found personally to be within the enjoyable realm. I enjoyed the wine but it tasted more like it was made out of indigenous varieties than Bordeaux - I couldn't help thinking the fresh fruit here was more cherries than anyhting else, although there was also a backbone of currant and perhaps herbs. Nice minerality as well. Despite the varietals, it feels fully like a wine from Vittoria, Sicily.

Nice cab/merlot aromas with herbs, tobacco and pronounced minerality. No oak spices at all. Lean and with high acidity. Has really evolved and opened up since previous bottle.

What a positive surprise! No signs of aging.
Showing alot of mineral notes with medium + body and well integrated tannins
