  Dry. Initially a bit tannic but quickly softened. Nicely matured.

  Daar herken je de Pinot noir terug! Vrij helder, toch aromatisch en vrij lang. Veel beter dan de vorige flessen.

  Zeer flauwe start op mijn eentje op vrijdagavond. Volledig gesloten, niks geur of smaak. Stilletjesaan kwam hij echter open om na een drietal uurtjes toch lekker te eindigen. Was een tijdje geleden dat ik nog een Bourgogne dronk, maar deed toch opnieuw deugd.

  Firm tannins, good acidity. Secondary flavours developing. This is drinking nicely now but will improve.
