Generally unpleasant. Sour, sharp, unbalanced. It didn't get enough oxygen in either vinification or in aging (screw cap). Disappointing, generally one of my favorite BC Chard producers. No score as I'm not sure this isn't, at least partially, singularly defective.

Very expressive Chardonnay, on the nose and the palate. A lot of secondary aromas on the nose, mostly empireumatic/roasted. Unfortunately, the fruit is currently a bit buried under this aromatic profile. This was the last vintage of Painted Rock Chardonnay done in this style. My favorite vintage is the 2015, which is the perfect transition between the new world style of the 2014 and the old world style of the 2016...2015 has the perfect combination of each style. As for the 2014, I have no trouble, recommending a few more years in the cellar.
Wow, wow, wow...this is amazing and starting to become a memorable Chardonnay. Mix of new world and Meursault Premier Cru. A lovely and long touch of brioche on top of all the exotic fruit aromas. I really dig this! Incredible now, but should last another 5 years for sure. The length is quite remarkable...

Amazing cool climate Chardonnay. Extremely fragrant with blackcurrant bud, grapefruit and subtle grilled bread aromas. Bright acidity that balances very well the wine richness/palate intensity. One of the best QPR in the Okanagan Valley.

Very similar to my previous tasting notes. This is very fresh, with mango and other exotic fruits. Always reminds me of a sauvignon blanc...I know this sounds weird.
