  Terroir-istes International - Germany, Riesling (Cape Town - Las Cases): (Tasted Blind): A medium gold colour suggests some age or ripeness, yet the nose is fresh with yellow flowers, orange blossom and lemon verbena.
  An abundance of Meyer lemons enhances a ripe, rich wine with a bright acid energy, some white pepper and lemon leaf to lemon mint. Linear and focused, this is a precise and refined wine that skillfully keeps the plushness from the fruit in check with a belt of acidity. The Trocken style is evident, with the acid being noted but integrated seamlessly. It is very more-ish with a long-lasting finish.

  Pear fruit, yellow stone fruit on the nose - quite ripe and bright. Fresh on the palate, more fruit than the very mineral Schäfer-Fröhlich Rieslings I have tasted before this one, but also showing less depth. Vibrant finish. Very good. 88-90
