Pleasantly surprised this is still drinking nicely. Spicy floral notes and green pepper on the palate. Definitely more of a food wine, and was a great pair with chicken biryani and dal makhani.

Top 100 Farewell Dinner 2015 (Rodwell House): (Tasted Blind): sourced from two vineyards, with the older one providing the texture, the wine is floral with an Elim style salted herb, orange peel, but with orange leaf notes. The mid-palate is juicy, fresh, and sumptuous yet with a thread of vibrant acidity running through. Mid-palate displays beeswax, orange, yellow stone fruit and well-adjudged oak integration. Good length

Spicy floral notes and green pepper on the palate. Very interesting sauv blanc. Characteristic of other Cape Peninsula region wines I have had.
