Pale gold. Fresh and baked golden apples on the nose. Touches of spice. Herbaceous notes. Lots of complexity coming out. Big, full body. Muscular style. Rich and viscous, lots of texture. Ripe golden apple fruit, more spice. Plenty of acidity. Still vibrant, more years in it yet.
