  [Redacted]; 7/10/2015-7/11/2015: Very fresh with almost no detectable secondary characteristics on the nose. But this is basically a green pepper bomb. And mind you, I'm definitely an enthusiast for green pepper in my cabernet wines, but this was a bit over the top, without much fruit or anything else to stand up to it. A bit thin and high-acid.
