Still drinkable. Still some tannic dryness. I still like it, but not as much as the prior tasting. Would pair well with a Porterhouse cooked medium-rare. Good (81.5).

Very solid bottle of wine. We had toward the end of the night (about 7 bottles in among 8 people). The wood was definitely present. I would buy again for sure and let it sit for a while longer.

A very good easy-drinking wine. Just what the group needed while waiting for a table at the Riv on Torch Lake. The tannins had gone for the most part but there was still enough remaining to provide structure to the wine. Add to that a nice acidic bite and it was the perfect choice for quaffing with assorted hot appetizers. A bit on the fruity/grape-juicy side but enjoyable nonetheless, especially for the $$ and especially drank with such good friends.

Cheap CA Cab. Huge extraction if that's your thing. Would be hard to find a food this wouldn't overwhelm.
