  Medium red; sweet open nose, some pine wood; nice rounded somewhat sweet attack, a hint of licorice, nice slightly biting though acidity; on the leaner side for a CdP (which is not necessarily that bad), seems to be in the right drinking window, some tannins with a biting finish - perhaps a bit too much acidity, but guess a matter of preference; fine everyday wine

  This was amazing from the start. Smooth, tanins totally integrated, great concentration of fruit and a fun, full mouthfeel. Got even better on day two.
  Can't remember where I got the wine, but I'll be looking to get more from this producer from now on.
