Hedonistic nose of dark fruit and spice. Black cherry, raspberry, plum and charcoal/smoke on the spicy finish. Amazing w seared duck breast and spinach ravioli!

This has changed a lot over the past year. Plum and cherry aromas lead to confectioned black cherry flavors. While tasty, this wine will not make old bones - there's not enough acid to support the fruit.
