I’ve heald this for awhile for a special dinner like Thanksgiving but I was a little disappointed. I did decant it for 1-2 hours to help but I was hoping for more since this was a special anniversary family bottle. Bottle worth keeping but wine not so much. I’ve had so many good wine from this castle that I had high expectations for this bottle that wasn’t met.
