Has a fresh almost minty nose with subtle creamy butterscotch and vanilla notes. The palate still has nice energy to it and is quite airy but the flavors are a bit clipped - at first. After a couple hours of air this developed impressive heft. The difference? A distinct yeasty component that wasn't present at first. Paired with the pears and apples, I was really digging this by the end of the night.

Beautiful, yeasty, creamy with a zestful citrus flavor.

Very good for a $20 bottle. Plenty of green apple without being overly tart. Bubbles on this bottle were a little muted.

Very good to excellent. Significantly better than the $10-12 Domain St Michelle Brut. Would buy this again. Paid $20-25 at the winery.

This wine tastes just like fine Burgundy with plenty of hazelnut on the finish.
