Last bottle but this still has time ahead of it. Wonderful. Searing acidity balanced by real depth of flavor. Firm bright fruit - passion fruit, lemon peel, good dense extract of chalk and stone. This is everything that Chablis should be without that je ne sais quoi but i bet it would be hard to tell the difference unless you did a side by side comparison. Stunning wine and still young.

Still a fantastic wine. Starts at the higher register with bright acids, lime, and flowers, but with time and air it opens up with a hint of honeysuckle at the base. I did a side by side tasting with the 2014 Ceritas Trout Gulch and it was a tough call. Both are excellent right now. The AR is lighter colored, more high pitched and thinner at the beginning, but just barely. And it deepens with air. If I had to pick just one today I would go with the Ceritas but it is really a close one.

Pale gold Aromatics medium +. Match stick reduction with some spice. Later pear and dry rocks. No new oak. Palate has a medium + body. Acid medium +. Mild phenolics. Alcohol medium. Green apple, apple peel and bitter apple seed followed by lemons, salt and ends with minerals. Finish has a medium length. Balanced Dry glass notes of match stick I felt the longer I waited on this the better it got with the reduction fading. I'd drink now though.

Double Blind tasting Light gold color Medium plus aromas of ripe apple with slight reductive notes - dominated by dry rock/ saline character Medium bodied with crisp palate of unique tart/ sweet apple flavors which almost bounce back and forth - also noted of lemon and apple skin - again ending with fairly intense salinity - acid/ fruit core Medium plus acidity and medium alcohol with minimal phenolic bitterness Moderate length led by acidity and minerality I went with Chablis and was quite confident in my call - I think that says a lot about this wine I think this wine is drinking great now and I don't feel that any improvement will be made in the cellar

I absolutely loved this. Nose is expressive; smells like the sea. Oyster shell, band aid, algae, straight up marine. Some sweetcorn too.
Palate is gorgeously balanced with pink grapefruit, lemon tart, buttery caramels. Drinking at peak I’d imagine but no rush. 93-94.
