Restaurant purchase in Hawaii - so 4x retail. Lots of green apple, lime and saline on the nose. Palate includes same and broadens to green melon. Salty, crisp, acidic backbone throughout. Very good Chablis alternative that drank well with raw bar and mahi mahi.

Took to dinner with out-of-town friends & unfortunately didn't give this any air b4 drinking. Next btl will be decanted. Out of balance on PnP and clumsy. My fault!

Popped and poured. Upon opening this is broad and meandering yet searingly acidic wine dominated by lime and salt. Not my favorite A-R Trout Gulch, at least yet. Will see what some air and a couple nights in the fridge does for it.

Nice. Definite streak of vanillin and toast in the middle which isn't disgusting. Great apricot and sapite witb lovely acidic spine. Light on the palate with a growing richness to dry down. Pretty.

Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent pale yellow -sweet lemon faint caramel -med+ acidity, med/med- weight a bit of buffering viscosity softens the sappy intense green apple citrus, excellent length -fantastic crisp clean but not super lean
