What an amazing expression of Kenefick Cabernet Sauvignon. Sweet blue and black fruits shoot out of the glass on nose and these same fruits just glide across the palate effortlessly, gracefully and deftly. Pure and precise, this is just singing. Love the notes of cassis, cardamom and slight gravelly notes. Balance is spot-on and acidity perfectly poised to handle our lamb chop dinner. Finish is long and true and the fruits just keep going and going. Amazing.

Dark berry fruit--blueberry, blackberry--with a suggestion of tart plum. I am getting more acid in this tasting than the previous one I had a year and a half ago. Moderate tannin, Some retro nasal "spiciness" (baking spices) that is quite pleasant. Good wine.

Consistent with previous note. Really rich after short decant

Deep, rich cab. minimal decant needed. Tannins fairly resolved. 3 bottles from auction; that's 1% of the entire production! Good stuff!
