  Decanted 70 minutes, paired with teriyaki salmon. Medium to large nose of dark skinned fruit - plums. Medium mouthfeel. Fruit forward taste - dominated by dark skinned fruit and decent sugar component ... slight touch of white pepper, but very minimal. Smooth finish, nothing hot. Drink within 2 to 3 years.
