  PnVnD let air for 1hr. Garnet with a touch of purple clear with clear rim. Cherry tar tobacco with a hint of rosemary and sage on the nose. Medium weight with slightly crunchy cherry skin tannins. Cherry herbs tar beet top and porcini on the palate. Nice better with food. Saving 1/3 of the bottle to try tomorrow.

True to form, this was tight, tannic, and a little green. But I have little doubt it'll be great in 2-3 years, just like the '10 is right now.
