Decanted. Now 1.5h after decant. Shy aromas of mild iodine, sea spray, tart apples and lemons. Palate with just ripe apples, lemon, chalk, iodine and mild seaweed. Finished with tart and baked apples, a hint of nuts, chalk and mild seaweed. Medium+ body with excellent acids. Flavors are a bit diluted and hidden behind the acid structure. Hint of age with the mild notices and baked apples on the finish. Still a nice wine for this level. 89+

Drinking very well, with a jolt of juicy fruit, esp. for Chablis, but at the same time marked by classic mineral, oyster shell, and acidity. Tremendous value, and will be seeking out more Picq. (My bottle had just a bit of seepage but thankfully no noticeable effects)

Glad I waited! This is super fresh, but has developed a subtle oily side. Aromas of oyster shells, petrichor, cooked citrus and fresh citrus juice, flax, linden and citrus blossom, a little apricot too. Silky and buoyant ok the palate, gorgeous texture and cut, long on tart fruit, floral and stony notes. This is awesome Chablis and it will keep motoring for another 5 to 10.

Nice citrus - (lemon, lime), good salinity, citrus blossom, minerality, slight roundness, good complexity. Lingering acidity. Really enjoyable.
