Drank over two nights. Lovely chardonnay. Had a certain nuttiness as it warmed in the glass that was appealing. Wonderful balance with just a hint of oak. If could find more at the CT average price I'd buy more.

I served this in my wine course. Very floral nose with touch of hazelnut in the background. Medium weight in the mouth. Some pineapple, but mostly floral. Long finish.

Musique & Vin (Mostly) Meursault Wine Tasting (Château de Meursault): Tasting, brief note. Big scaled and rich with mouth coating textures. Good orchard fruit here, but not showing quite the concentration as the best of the 2014 1ers. Better to cellar for a few years for greater harmony.

Very solid performance here, a fine combination of weight and sweet, flowery fruit. Faiveley likes making rich and unctuous white wines, which can be tricky to avoid creating a ponderous and soupy mess, but their Corton-Charlemagne is marvelous and this Meursault is trying to recreate that in its own way.
