Another killer bottle of this; diam closure; super fresh and pale in color; sea breeze; iodine, green pear, green apple, lemon zest; crushed stone; the palate is intense and powerful, yet has great vibrancy; a beautiful Chablis that is still drinking young

Closed with Diam 30; this was excellent; still quite pale in color; classic nose with sea breeze, lemon peel, green apple, a hint of iodine, crushed stone, and fresh floral notes. The palate initially seems a bit straightforward with classic Chablis notes and a lovely clean finish; but with air it becomes powerful and sneaky long. Continued to improve over 2 hours. Very much enjoyable now, but still with upside.
