Popped and let sit for two hours before enjoying a few glasses over a few hours. Pale straw color and still showing quite young. Notes of saline and lemon. Oily texture develops as the wine warms. Grand Cru quality here and room for 5-10 years of future development.

Nose of lemon creme, a bit of sweet lime, stones. Crisp and clear - really pretty, crushed stones. Wicked on the palate - lemon, salt, spice - great cut. Finish is puckery, saline and concentrated. This caught my attention, but when I found out the price was around $100, I decided to stick to Riesling. Nose - 5-5.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1-1.5/2 = 16-17/20.
