  New Year's Eve wine at home. This is elegant and I like it, but had forgotten how tart and almost astringent it is. Funny how something can be smooth and refined, yet just a little biting. Would have been better with food, (and maybe better on a hot summer day) but we mostly drank it after dinner. Also was better when not quite so chilled as I had it, definitely had some savory notes, just very subtle. So thumbs up with a reminder that context is important.
