  淡金黄色，闻香有明显的橡木桶影响，白芝麻，杏一类的香气，入口高酸，酒液咸，矿物感，成熟的核果香气，后段有植物味和辛辣感，还有一些蜂蜜焦糖香气。酒体丰腴，余味悠长。用桶高级，酸度有点冲，香气华丽，有着漂亮的集中度，给人充满能量感的感觉。Pierre Morey 的作品果然从不令人失望，非常好喝，属于能给的都给了，细节稍微粗糙了一点，主要是酸度有点爆。

  Deep lemon, although it has a bit of premox it is drinking very well. Lot of lemon zest, lime grapefruit with vibrant acidity and amazing only 12.5% alcohol
