Fantastic QPR. Classic Rhone blend with earthy, meaty, garrigue tones. There's fruit, but not too much. Just a great dusty, meaty blend. Not the greatest wine you'll ever drink, but 'just right'. Agree with other reviewer - far too easy to drink.

I've found this cuvee to be consistently strong. Red fruit, flowers, hints of bloody meat. This is clean and smooth, with only a slight heat. Far too easy to drink.

High pitched and lively, with red berries, pepper, rust, lavender, and steeliness. Medium plus acid, tangy, clean, and lingering. It has the substance to age for another five to seven years, and could improve. 91-92.
