Medium garnet in color, this wine revealed black cherry, strawberry, clove and pomegranate on the nose. The mouth feel was medium bodied with noticeable undertones of green pepper and allspice. The finish was nicely balanced with the acidity, fruit and spice elements well coordinated together. 13.0% abv.
Purchased for $21US, this is somewhat dissapointing at its $22US price point. There are no hard edges but the green bell pepper undertones were a turn off for me.

Cherry, raspberry, strawberry back in the mix, fresh acidity, a little silty tannin, a sprinkle of woody pinosity, more length than you might expect. Pinot lite, so to speak, but a joy to drink, and a bonus point or two has snuck in to my score on account of that.

Still I. Good shape. Smooth, medium garnet. Earthy and a faint hint of spice.
