  Extremely well balanced with a floral nose as expected for this varietal. Solid structure, full bodied but not excessively so with a beautiful mouthfeel and long finish for a white wine. Bring this up to at least 50 degrees before drinking. Would do just fine out of the cellar if you wanted. Can’t think of anything critical on this wine. Just can’t bring myself to go over a 95 maybe because I am hoping for someday to find one better.

  Much lighter in body than most Viogniers but all the usual characteristics--floral, spice with some nice minerality on the medium finish. More youthful vines perhaps? This is a easy drinking wine, one that even people that swear they don't like Viogniers would drink and probably enjoy. This will be pretty versitile and can be served with lighter fare.
