  • A subtle beauty that demands attention. Pale gold. Citrus, peach and minerals on the nose. And then this silky swirl of elegance hits the tongue, imbued with beautifully balanced woods and acids that cut thru any fats of the food. Complex w/ flavors of the nose involved too. Wonderfully cleansing. Only leaves us wanting on the back end as the length just ain't quite there. A Celebratory wine - E. Coast kick-off of ramp season; ramps 3-ways along w/ Scallops and Ocean steamers.
