And then this silky swirl of elegance hits the tongue, imbued with beautifully balanced woods and acids that cut thru any fats of the food. Complex w/ flavors of the nose involved too. Wonderfully cleansing. Only leaves us wanting on the back end as the length just ain't quite there. A Celebratory wine - E.
