  Dark fruits, dried spices, soft black pepper notes and beautiful dry earthy notes. Very masculine style but still elegant. A serious Pinot Noir with a great structure and complexity. Not perfectly balanced yet but time will do its job here. Super long finish. Keep it some more years, it will become even better. Drink from 2026 onwards. (IG)

  Excellent Chambertin, style classique, très jeune encore mais savoureux, équilibré et très long. 94-95

  At the winery. Dense aromas of dark fruit more towards morellos and with some spicy, peppery notes. With 2014 being a colder year than 2015 this is also less opulent and maybe a fresher version than 2015 of this fantastic wine. Very fresh and vivacious. Lovely balance as there is both structure and fruit to accompany. 94-95p. For keeps.
