Red Burgundy tasting (Rotterdam, Netherlands): From half bottle, this is medium-minus intense raspberry-red at the core, gradually turning to garnet. The nose is offputtingly musty and after two hours of slow oxygenation it turns out… corked. Pity, as a previous bottle was really enjoyable. .................. TN Mike de Lange

The nose is intense in Dark Berries (Cherry and Rasperry). A medium bodied, elegant wine with strong attack and medium length. Aromas of Cherry prevail, nicely supported by traces of vanilla and even a hint of kiwi. Very enjoyable throughout the evening.

We waited too long for this Premier Cru. Vinegar taste dominates the otherwise interesting secondary flavors.
