  Cooper's Hawk has come a long way in the past few years. We have seen great improvement in thier winemaking and this new release is a big leap forward in thier array of sparkling wines. We served this as a starter for our NYE celebration (saved the junk bubbly for midnight) and everyone loved it and was surprised it was from CH. We will be buying more of this!
