  This is a very challenging wine. Nose is full of sherry-like nuttiness with yeast and rubber notes and the palate is almost overpoweringly acidic, exactly like biting into a whole lemon. It's very hard for me to judge this wine; it's simultaneously hard to drink and hard to stop drinking. Apparently age will help smooth out the acidity, maybe I'll try again in 2026 : )
