A bit short on acidity and lower effervescence. Classic yeasty notes, pear, apple. Round, mellow, short finish. Would not have guessed in a blind tasting that this wa a 10 year old vintage wine.

SUTD Wine Evening (Somapah): Bright white florals on nose, with honey and hazel nut; fine - if somewhat thin - bubbles. Forward minerality, oystershell, bright acidity. Yet more pleasant florals on the finish with lemon pith bitters. A great introduction to the evening.
