Better on Day 2 the cabernet really smoothed out and was beautifully integrated. On night 1, the wine was very good, but was so powerful that I would not have identified it as a Paso cab. On night 2, the varietal profile of the cab shone through.

Very enjoyable wine; still needs some air to fully open up. This is drinking well right now.

Had this as part of a "The Farm Winery" night with my wine group. 5 red wines. Long finish. Either this or the 2012 Cardinal was WOTN.
