  PnP. Medium red. A rather light ethereal nose, less NSG than Vosne. Nice flavors but nothing special. Totally different from Chevillon for sure, which are my standard for NSG. This has less intensity and muscle but that is to be expected for Boudots versus Vaucrains or Cailles. Good but no more than that - will keep for another 5 years and may improve.

  I don't have much experience with Burgundy so it's difficult to rate this, but it was pleasant enough, had some backbone. Feels expensive for what it is.

  Still very young but not being too familiar with Nuits-Saint-Goeorges opened a bottle to check the flavor profile.
  
  Decanted and drank on second day. Lot of red fruit but with a little graphite finish. Ate with salmon and paired quite well but very light. Will be better in 5-10 yrs
