  This is a racy, crisp, unoaked white which belies its origins in warm and sunny Campania. Medium lemon in color. The nose is medium, with aromas of grapefruit and white flowers. The palate is dry; the acidity is medium (+); the alcohol is medium (12.5%.) The flavor intensity is medium, with lemon and lime and a little bit of salinity and chalkyness on the finish. It would pair nicely with seafood, shellfish and fried foods. Drink now, not intended for aging.
