  • This grower has been in Bouzy since 1894. This is a new cuvee from this house. 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Bouzy with a SW exposure. 30 year old vines. Extra Brut with 4g/l dosage. No malo. Aged for 7 months in oak barrels before bottling. 90% of the grapes come from 2011 and 10% from the 2010 vintage. Disgorged February 2016. Clear pale color. Solid bead. Youthful profile with chalk, brioche and citrus notes. This also had a rich texture which I attribute to the neutral oak aging. 93 points.
