Pop and pour and tasted with food. Initially tasted at cellar temperature (55F) and then chilled s it sat on ice. Light golden color. Nose offers some lemon peel, saline notes and wet rocks. delicious mouthfeel with a velvet texture. Good lemon, lemon curd and some pear (Seckel pear). Wonderful mineral component. Nice acidity to carry the fruit and keep this fresh. Engaging wine with elegance and depth. At this point in time, this bottle was excellent.

Best on night 3, so initially tightly wound and found to be best at cellar temp. Fruit subdued, lots of stony minerality, tense and crisp, but still a really subtle wine. Of the Ceritas chardonnays, this site (over three vintages tasted so far) has the least character, unless its reticence is its character?

This was drinking really nicely. These wines have a lovely acidic balance. Notes of lemon, apple, apple cider, saline. Not as mineral as an austere Chablis, but leaning towards that profile with a bit more weight and complexity. These have aged well and seem to not be in danger of falling apart. I am curious to revisit again in a few years.

Lemon curd and mineral. Seems subdued compared to other PMR vintages, with less tension and energy.
