Pale ruby color. Kind of shy nose showing mostly cherry candy and artificial red fruit aromas. There's a little touch of fresh herbs and almonds somewhere in the background. A little frizzante on the palate with tart acidity and weak intensity. Light to medium bodied and not much of a finish to talk about. Easy drinking and thirst quenching just like a mid-range lambrusco should be.
Even though this is a simple wine it manages to take my mind to the streets of Modena and crushing a bowl of tortellini in brodo.

Pale ruby. Cherry liqueur, rose, slight too candied for my taste (nose). On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium plus finish, very intense flavours of sour cherry, raspberry. Well-balanced and elegant. A food wine.

Favourite Lambrusco ever. Amongst a field of garbage.
