  Saline, lemongrass, granny smith apple, flint.
  
  Palate is still bright but starting to feel weighty on the back end, possibly from bottle age or displaying subtle bitter phenolics...still drinking very well though.

  A light straw yellow in color, aromas of lychee and lemon.
  
  Taste of lychee, tart and almost bubbly, grapefruit.
  
  Had with Thai food, very good.
