Wow! This is one of the finest GVs I've had in several years. Tons of dry extract provide heft while the flavors have an intensity rarely found in non-Smaragd GVs. Very savory, with plenty of the herbal character that endears me to this variety. Outstanding with salmon from the smoker tonight.

Saline, lemongrass, granny smith apple, flint.

A light straw yellow in color, aromas of lychee and lemon.
Taste of lychee, tart and almost bubbly, grapefruit.
Had with Thai food, very good.
