Esporão Tasting (Proof - DC): Aromas of sea breeze, cucumber, white flowers and pears. Juicy peaches, melons mix with sea salt, flowers, minerals, such a pretty wine. Per usual with this producer, so impressive for the price. An impressive introduction to this lovely Portuguese variety (which is known for its use in Madeira).

The wine looks yellow colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit. It tastes like grapefruit and lychee. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.

Tasted briefly, not as good as previous vintages. Not balanced with alcohol taste. Will try again . Drank with tuna.
