Second of these recently purchased from my local Costco. I think these must have been misplaced stock because they were dusty and sat alongside bottles of 2017 vintage. The bottle age has been kind to them and they have a lovely richness to match the chalky acidity. Well stored bottles should be drinking well for another couple of years.

For those of you that still have some in their cellar, drink up! The wine still is good but it is on it's last legs in my opinion. Golden yellow in color with some fruit left but some oxidation as well.

Importer: Misa, a local COSTCO selling this @ $14.99. 13% ABV; "...grapes from 2 1er vyd sites: Montmain & Beauregard," & "...aged in s/s for 12 mos."
N: Closed; Apples, minerals, poss some flowers with air/warmth?
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with nice frt balanced by bracing acidity which carries into & through the LONG, balanced finish. Drinking well now* & should continue to do so through '19, POSS a tad longer. *[Though NOT in a way that would be expected from those experienced in "typical" 1er Cru Chablis. (See my 4/17/2016 TN for more detail.)] 87 pts CostcoWineBlog.com , his https://costcowineblog.com/2014-kirkland-signature-series-premier-cru-chablis/ being another source of info as to WHERE this bottling "fits" in the Chablis spectrum. // Day 4: Particularly when @ proper temp, DECIDED aromas/flavors of dry apple cider.
Note: Also tasted 4/17/2016 & 2/26/2017

Solid light chablis, but not outstanding. Citrus and pear are present. Not very complex, but enjoyable. Solid value but nothing to go out of your way for.

13% alcohol, composition cork, light to medium foil, light yellow, fast legs, nose of alcohol & citrus, taste of wool/leather, citrus, trace of bitterness, sourness a bit stronger; taste is too strong to pair, recommend sipping; in fairness to Kirkland & Costco, maybe I don't understand what Chablis is all about
