La Paulée de San Francisco - Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - San Francisco CA): Tasting, brief note. Similar profile to the Chambolle, but slightly bigger and slightly backward. More red vs black fruit with very good spice. Texturally exciting finish. 92-93 point potential.
