  Tasting pretty good right now !! Easy open screw top. Consumed over two days. This wine started light and fruity, but opened up and showed better within an hour. On day two the fruit was still fresh and acid still firm; this balanced wine had softened to reveal increased depth, texture, and integrated complexity. Light burgundy color with no oxidation, and clarity good. Aromas of bing cherry, and rose hips. Silky flavors of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry. This Grenache with a small amount of Pinot Noir blend has a soft medium finish. This age worthy wine has many more years of life left. Great with Charcuterie and Olive Tapenade.

  It is a very good quality wine. It has a persistent finish and enough fruit concentration to balance the tannins and the alcohol. However it lacks a bit of complexity.
