  Very much a canonical Finger Lakes Riesling. Sweet enough that it paired nicely with fairly spicy green curry Thai chicken stir-fry, but still quite crisp, not at all flabby,

  Not one of my wife's favorites, but I found it very interesting. Big floral nose with hints of citrus. Nice pear, honey and lemon-lime on the palate with a pleasant dry finish.

  Strange Finger Lake Riesling that my wife brought home from a farmers market. Low acid is apparent from the first sip but this is deceiving as it holds through well past 30 seconds after the swallow. Huge white flowers on the nose. A pale straw color in the glass that has some interesting flavors coming off the palate. Yellow and green pear with a touch of stone fruit but a grapefruit pith acidity lingers like it ran over slate, as does the pith feel as other flavors show but leave just as quickly.
  
  Maybe this could get interesting in 4-5 years down the road but my cellar is jammed and I can buy plenty of other cellar worthy finger lane Riesling. Cayuga wineries can be hit and miss in each vintage.
  
  Interesting for sure. Served with roasted Italian sausage ring with onions, roasted garlic, mixed Greek olives and skinless red pepper in a wine/beer based sauce. Yummy with TuscanGarlic peasant bread.
