  • Magic, Nice smooth berries, a bit oak, in my mind is this Bordeaux kind of wine a proof of my admiration of Bordeaux in comparision to Bourgogne! Magic!

  • A magic wine. Still young, you see that on the curtains! Lots of dark, red berry fruits, a bit of plumen, little cedar and oak. Still so deep, red for the eye. Complexity for the noose in a pleasant way. Magic, where will this take us in the coming 5-8 years?

  • Berries, dark red, long but strong curtains. It is there, pleasant to drink, but still powerful. Pleasant on the nose, nice aftertaste, stays for a long time.

But keep it, let it develop!

  • Deep garnet red with ruby hues. Savory nose with dark cherries and baking spices. Medium plus tannins (6.5/10) and full bodied. Rich and dark palate with a rustic edge. Layers of dried herbs, black currants, and some savory meats. Long finish. Drink till 2027.

  • 58% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 31% Syrah & 11% Merlot. 1st vintage with 100% French oak. Decanted 2h. The color is deep ruby and damn deep. No surprise given the grape varieties used. The dress seems to be at the stage where evolution will begin, between early youth and the start of mid-age… The nose is superbly perfumed: what a nice complexity, what an impressive elegance! In the foreground it's a bouquet of fruits picked at perfect maturity (mainly blackberries & raspberries). Then appear the discreet aging through a hint of vanilla, the delicately brewed tea, a little leather, earth, a touch of caramel and chocolate, violet and an intoxicating smell of high quality cigar box. What a great nose! The mouth is on the same level as the nose: elegant, perfectly approachable and superbly balanced. The tannins are fully integrated. On the tongue the material slides like a sensual caress. The body is medium+. The acidity, the fruits and the volume go together in perfect harmony. She is a star dancer, a very beautiful and confident woman, with an assertive character and a crazy elegance. And I'm clearly in love with her. The slightly saline finish makes you want to serve it again. The long seconds of persistence finish seducing me… What a wine! I took a big slap. I'm still thinking about it… 91-92pts.
