(A. P. Nr. 29 16) Screw-cap. Drunk with celeriac soup and later on its own. 8.5%. Pale crisp gold. Lime, apple blossom, ripe peach, with a hint of kerosene. Feeling very lively - almost spritzy. Sweetish but good acidity to balance this well, making it feel quite rich but also very fresh. Very good length. Improved in open bottle over a few days. Definitely on the up (compared to previous tasting 8/28/21) but still will benefit from more time in the cellar. There are more complex and cerebral wines, but for sheer and simple pleasure it can't be bettered. It reminds me what stunning value Kabinetts are!!

Drunk with schnitzels. Screw-cap. Pale gold. Youthful - a little spritzy, lively and very pleasant. Some residual sugar which is evident but well balanced by the acidity. Very nice length. Light and refreshing - exactly as it should be. I would agree with other comments that it would be worth giving it more time to see if it gains complexity.

Screwcap. Still some reduction. Sweet for a Kabinett. Plenty of fruit. I think this will be a nice wine but still early days. Wait at least 2 years for the next.

Chatham. My first of these, and too young for maximum pleasure.Moderate sweetness but well-balanced and I think I'll be very happy with this after another 3 years or so.

A pleasure to drink and a crowd favorite, even though it would have more to say with time.
