Drinking perfectly, with a great vibrancy on the finish. In no way declining. All around lovely wine. Paired with a crab salad with a touch of spice that went well together.

Very light, almost golden in colour. Crisp, spicy, yet very light an elegant, dry with just a hint of sweetness in the end. Classy wine, on the top of its game. - I could drink a case of you ... #heatwave

A blend of Mourvèdre (mainly), Grenache and Cinsault, and a touch of Syrah, 13% ABV. Lovely salmon orange colour, pale and translucent; expressive nose of flowers, cream, cassis leaf and fruit (peach, strawberry), with a hint of mineral reduction; wonderfully silky and flowing, creamy palate, soft but fresh, mineral but relaxed, supple and rounded but dry, with lovely fruit flavours, aromatic green herbs and very subtle bitters; very good resonance and length. A very stylish rosé from Provence, with more oomph and depth than Grenache-based examples. Perfect now but will last a few years. At the Grand Café des Négociants, Lyon, France.

Lovely rosé, with a bit of age. Still showing structure and delineation.
